Hamantaschen for Purim

Hamantasch (plural: hamantaschen) is a traditional treat for Purim. It is a light cookie crust folded into a triangular shape around a jam or fruit filling. Poppy seed is a traditional filling. Prune (dried plum), raspberry, cherry and other fruits are also popular.
