Hey (letter)
From Judaism
The fifth letter of the Hebrew alphabet is hey (also spelled he, hay or hei). The letter is pronounced like the English letter h. It also has the numeric value of 5.
Hay looks like ה.
As a prefix to a word, it means "the". For example, hashabbat (הַשַׁבָּת) is the sabbath.

It is also one of the letters on a dreidel.
