Talk:Famous Jews
From Judaism
[edit] Cleanup
I don't think it's in the scope of this wiki to have full bios on people who are famous for secular accomplishments and just happen to be jewish. Rather, our bios should be reserved for people who are specifically jewish figures. I DO think it is within the scope of the wiki to have a page like this one which lists brief info on people famous to the secular world who just happen to be jewish, with links to their wikipedia articles or other external sources. In short, most of this list should be changed from internal links to external links. It might also be prudent to rename this article to something like "Jews Famous to the Secular World" (but more concise than that) and remove entries that will be duplicated in Category:Biographies. — DeFender1031
